The Shoura Council held an ordinary session here today. The council's chairman Sheikh Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid presided over the session. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency following the session, Assistant Secretary General of the council Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Alyahya said that the council discussed annual reports on a number of governmental department and decided to continue their discussion in future sessions. The council was briefed on the council's participation in an Arab parliamentary educational meeting held in Beirut, Lebanon, two months ago.
