The Shoura Council held here today a regular session presided over by the council's chairman Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid. During the session, the council approved the draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of health between the Saudi and Italian ministries of health. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency following the session, Assistant Secretary General of the council Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Alyahya said the council was briefed on the council delegation's participation in a meeting of the International Parliamentary Federation held recently in South Africa. After approving the annual report of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare, the council made a number of recommendations aiming at improving the sports clubs and youth activities. The council also discussed other issues and decided to continue their discussion in a future session.
