Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is starting a five-nation tour with a stop in Cuba to meet with Fidel Castro, AP reported. Chavez said he will meet with the Cuban leader Sunday night and from there will travel on to Beijing, Moscow and another Russian city he didn't identify. He said he'll finish the weeklong tour with stops in France and Portugal. Chavez plans to make a brief stop of several hours in Paris at the invitation of French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Chavez said he and Sarkozy plan to discuss «very important issues on Europe, the world, the bilateral relationship.» The Venezuelan leader said he expects to be back in Caracas next Saturday.
