Officials say a truck and a bus have collided on a slippery road in central Vietnam, killing at least 16 people. District police officer Nguyen Anh Hung says 14 people died at the site of the accident early Sunday in Nghe An province's Dien Chau district. Hospital doctor Nguyen Thi Trinh says two more died on the way to the hospital in the provincial capital, where 13 wounded, including two bus drivers and the truck driver, were being treated.
