Jordan's Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications Nasser Judeh underlined on Sunday the depth of relations between Jordan and France, under the leadership of King Abdullah II and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. During a meeting with a delegation from the Jordanian-French Parliamentary Friendship Committee, Judeh affirmed that the visit of King Abdullah to France was very important, noting that Jordan enjoys distinguished economic ties with France. Jordan and France, he added, have identical points of views towards the different political issues and the peace process. The minister reiterated the importance of reaching a solution for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, based on the two-state solutions and according to the international legitimacy, the Arab peace initiative and the roadmap, according to a report of news agency "Petra." "The region will not enjoy peace and stability without finding a solution for the Palestinian issue, in a way that guarantees the Palestinian people's rights on the top of which, is establishing their independent state, " Judeh affirmed.
