Supreme Judicial Council calls for sighting 'Rajab' Crescent

The Supreme Judicial Council has called the Muslims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to witness the Crescent of the lunar month of Rajab on Wednesday evening ( July 2, 2008 ).
If the Crescent is not sighted on Wednesday evening, then, the Council urged the Muslims to sight it on Thursday evening (July 3, 2008).
The statement issued by the Judicial Council urged those who might witness the Crescent to report about the sighting to the nearest court or to inform the Authority belonging to the Governorate of the region if there is no judge.
