Muslims urged to sight Rajab crescent

The Supreme Judicial Council has called on all Muslims in the Kingdom to sight the crescent of the lunar month of Rajab on Monday (29/6/1430 H) and Tuesday evenings (30/6/1430 H). The council also requested whoever sees the crescent of Rajab to report to the nearest court and register his testimony, or report to the authority of the region's governorate if there is no judge in the area where he sighted the crescent in order to facilitate reaching the nearest court. The council also urged all Muslims to sight the crescent for the cooperation of all in righteousness and piety.
