Muslims urged to sight Sha'ban crescent

The Supreme Court has urged all Muslims in the Kingdom to sight the crescent of the lunar month of Sha'ban on Wednesday evening (29/7/1430H) corresponding to July 23, according to Umm Al-Qura calendar. Anybody who sees the crescent of Sha'ban with naked eyes or by binoculars has been requested to report to the nearest court and register his testimony there, or call the authority of the region's governorate in order to facilitate reaching the nearest court, a Supreme Court statement said.
