Al-Tuwaijri on tourism

Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Tuwaijri, Assistant Secretary General of the Arab League for Economic and Social Affairs, today underscored the importance of touristy sector in supporting national economies.
In a key address at the meetings of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism, Al-Tuwaijri said the Ministerial council aims at developing the sector of Tourism in the Arab countries to increase its contribution to the economic, social, human, cultural, educational and environmental comprehensive sustainable development, to develop the Arab cross-tourism movement and attract more international tourism to the Arab region.
