JEDDAH: The Arab League Secretariat General announced Thursday that it would launch its first Global real estate bourse with Arab and international participation aimed at developing real estate investment. Dr. Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Tuwaijri, Arab League Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs, said in Cairo, a study on the project, which is sponsored by the Arab League, was made through international expertize. As part of the promotion of this project, the Arab League would host founding conference of the Arab real estate bourse on April 26 to identify investors with advantages of the bourse. He highlighted the importance the stock market gained in order to move the current Arab real estate markets to a new trend that depends on supply and demand and contribute to attracting Arab and foreign funds.
