Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Mohamed Motahr has held talks in Paris with the director of the Camus Studies Association on the possibility of granting Yemen a number of special scholarships for postgraduate studies, according to Saba. During their talks, the two sides discussed means of training and qualifying cadres of Yemeni universities in French universities. Motahr also discussed with the head of French universities' Trustees ways of exchanging experience between the two friendly countries, particularly in training administrative officials working in Yemeni universities.
