A workshop on combating human trading, organized by the faculty of training at Naif Arab University for security sciences in cooperation with the UN's Drugs and Crime Office, began here today its Five-day deliberations. As many as 67 employees from the Justice Ministry and the Investigation and Prosecution Commission are attending the workshop which will continue up to May 7, 2008. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Mohammed Yahya Matar, the UN's advisor, said the human trading, which is existing in all countries of the world, is an important issue. "Fighting of this crime needs international efforts and governmental procedures, " he said. Dr Matar pointed out that the UN's crime fighting agreement stipulates that all countries of the world should take the required measures for fighting the crime. --MORE
