The Minister of Culture and Information Iyad Amin Madani, held here today a meeting with chiefs of board of directors and directors general of press establishments. During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues relating to the press establishments. The Minister of Culture and Information listened to the views and proposals of the participants on issues related to the press establishments and their roles. He valued the cultural, social and information role of these establishments. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Information affairs, Dr Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Jasser, the advisor and general supervisor of the office of the Minister, Ibrahim bin Abdulkareem Al-Mosalim, the acting Assistant Undersecretary of the ministry for internal information, Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Hazza and Acting Director General of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahd al-Hussein.
