The Minister of Culture and Information Iyad bin Amin Madani met here today with the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference Akmaluddin Ihsan Oghlo. During the meeting, they discussed cultural and information matters of mutual concern, the activation of the International Islamic News Agency and preparations for an expected campaign ordered by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard to support relief efforts for the orphans of the tsunami catastrophe. The meeting was attended by Prince Turki bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Culture and Information and Dr. Abdullah Al-Jassir, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Information Affairs.
