The task force of the General Directorate of Combating Drugs has foiled an attempt of smuggling 121 kilos of Hashish in Riyadh. The directorate's information spokesman pointed out that authorities received information that several individuals attempted to promote this quantity in Riyadh, noting that a plan was prepared which resulted in apprehending all members of this network while they were in possession of Hashish. In another case, he said that a smuggler coming from a neighboring country was arrested in Hafr Al-Baten and 149,346 drug capsules were seized in his car, adding that a recipient of this quantity was also arrested.
