UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon condemned late Monday the terrorist attack on the "Friendship Express" from India to Pakistan that killed 67 people and injured more than 60 others, REPORTED DPA. "This heinous crime cannot be justified by any cause and its perpetrators should be brought to justice," said a spokesman for Ban on Monday in New York. Ban welcomed the determination of the leaders of India and Pakistan to continue the peace dialogue. Indian officials blamed Monday's attack on the Samjhauta Express, one of two cross-border train services initiated as part of peace talks begun in early 2004, on terrorists bent on disrupting peace efforts between India and Pakistan
