Algerian Prime Minister Abdulaziz Balkhadem met here today with President of Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas, who arrived here last night. During the meeting, they discussed the situation in Palestine and Lebanon, and aspects of cooperation and consultation between Algeria and Palestine in the light of the ongoing critical circumstances. In a statement following the meeting, Abbas said that his visit to Algeria comes as part of a tour which will also take him to a number of other Arab countries.
