Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived here last night on an official visit to Uganda during which he will meet his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni. While in Jordan before flying to Uganda, Abbas met Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh, who is responsible for getting the Palestinians and Israelis to talk again after more than 15 months of no-negotiations, according to a report of Palestine News and Information Agency "WAM." The next Palestinian-Israeli meeting will take place in Amman, Jordan, on Monday, according to U.S. State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland.
