U.S. blue chips rose on Monday as shares of Dow component Boeing Co. touched an all-time high on hopes for more plane orders, but rising oil prices weighed on the broad market because they could raise companies' costs and slow profit growth, Reuters reported. Based on the latest available data, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 19.29 points, or 0.17 percent, to end unofficially at 11,139.33. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was up 0.97 of a point, or 0.07 percent, at 1,296.47. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 6.51 points, or 0.28 percent, at 2,332.51.
