Malaysia is eagerly awaiting the arrival of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz in Kuala Lumpur on January 30, which is his first as the Monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. "This visit is very different and important to us. We are impressed with the King's openness, his new policies and his dynamic leadership," said Ismail Ibrahim, Malaysian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, who will be flying home for the visit. This is the second visit to Malaysia for Abdullah but the first as King. Saudi Gazette quoted Ibrahim as saying that King Abdullah visited Malaysia for the OIC summit in 2003 when he was Crown Prince. Malaysia is now the current chairman of the organization. Ibrahim said that there will be an official welcome ceremony at the Parliament House on Jan. 30 and later in the evening a banquet will be held. The King is expected to meet Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. There will also be a business meeting held over lunch with the Saudi and Malaysian Business Council. A Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) would also be signed during the visit. --MORE 12 49 Local Time 09 49 GMT
