More than one million heads of cattles were slaughtered by pilgrims in Mina on the first day of Eid Al-Adha. Meanwhile, the number of cattle slaughtered on the first day of Eid Al-Adha in slaughtering-houses in Makkah reached more than 41,862 heads of sheep, camels and cows. The Governorate of Makkah has prepared slaughtering-houses in Makkah and applied to them all technical aspects according to the regulation of veterinarian checkups to be assured of their health conditions.
