AS MANY AS 385,901 HEADS OF SHEEP AND 4850 CAMELS AND COWS HAVE BEEN SLAUGHTERED AS SACRIFICES FOR THE TWO DAYS OF THE BLESSED EID AL-ADHA IN MINA.
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF SLAUGHTER-HOUSES UNIT IN MINA ENG. HASSAN BIN ALI EID POINTED OUT THAT SLAUGHTER-HOUSES IN MINA HAVE BEEN PREPARED AND THEIR CAPACITY HAS BEEN RAISED, NOTING THAT VETERINARIANS EXAMINE LIVESTOCK AND MONITOR THEIR MARKETS TO BE REASSURED THAT THEY ARE FREE OF DISEASES.
