As many as 33,000 sacrifice meat were slaughtered by pilgrims on the first day of Eid Al-Adha, it was reported today. Dr. Mohammed Hashim Al-Fotawi, Director General of Environment Health in Makkah, said the sacrifice included goats, camels and cows. He said 10750 sacrifice goat meat and 670 camels and cows were distributed over the needy who live at the holy Haram premises over the first and second days of Eid Al-Adha.
