The Saudi Arabian Red Crescent Society inaugurated here last Thursday a health center under the patronage of Niger's Minister of Health & Disease Control Ibrahim Ari. The Society is planning to open seven health centers in Niger in line with the Royal directives to extend urgent relief assistance to the Republic of Niger. Earlier the Society signed a memorandum of understanding with Niger's Ministry of Health & Disease Control. The memorandum stipulates opening and operation of seven health centers in various parts of Niger in addition to providing the West African country with 70 tons of medial supplies and equipment.
