The South American and Arab Countries Summit concluded its two-day meetings here today. The leaders of the Summit issued Brasilia declaration which supports the proposal made by Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard for the establishment of an International Counter-Terrorism Center. They take note of the recommendations adopted by the Counter-Terrorism International Conference hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh on 5-8\2\2005, which represents a comprehensive approach to counter the phenomenon of terrorism.
