Former US President George Bush held here on Sunday evening a dinner party in honor of Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard. Speaking on the occasion, Bush underlined the importance of the visit of Crown Prince Abdullah to the United States, noting that the importance of the visit stemmed from the deep-rooted Saudi-American relations. "These relations are based on strategic interests," he said, adding that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an important country for the American national security. On his Part, Crown Prince Abdullah lauded the existing friendly relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the US hoping that these relations would further be enhanced.
