UN Report on Lebanon Delayed

A report on United Nations Security Council resolution 1559, the implementation of the Syrian withdrawal, is not ready and will not be out until next Tuesday, according to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan.
"We are waiting on developments in the region-- both Lebanon and Syria and the withdrawal-so that I'll able to give a fuller report to the council," said Annan as he walked into the UN Secretariat Tuesday morning.
