The Fourth International Exhibition on Information Technology will be organized here on April 24, 2005, with the participation of more than 300 local, Arab and international companies. Mohammed Al-Husseini, the Deputy Director General of Riyadh Exhibitions' Company, said more than 100 companies from 15 countries, including Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, America, Brian, Cyprus, the Untied Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Kuwait, are expected to participate in the show. Al-Husseini expected that more than 80,000 persons will visit the show. It is worth mentioning that the market of information technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia constitutes the biggest market in the field of information technology in the Arab Gulf region. Investments in the Saudi market in this field are estimated at about SR 20 billion. On the fringes of the show, a number of scientific lectures will be organized on issues pertaining to information technology.
