The Fourth Arab Gulf Exhibition on "Information Technology" will be organized here on April 24-28. More than 500 local, Arab and international companies will participate in the exhibition to display their latest products in the field of computer and information technology. The show will be organized by Riyadh Exhibitions Company in cooperation with Dubai World Trade Center and Riyadh's Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Saudi market is one of the biggest markets in the field of information technology in the Arab Gulf region, and its investments in this sector are estimated at about SR 20 billion. Mohammed Al-Husseini, the Deputy Director General of Riyadh Exhibitions Company, said the organization of the show provides a clear evidence for the big strides made by the Kingdom in the field of information and computer reprograms. He noted that the show will provide a good opportunity to conclude commercial deals between the local and international companies. The activities of the five-day show will include a number of scientific lectures on information technology.
