The Third Arab Gulf Exhibition for Information Technology will be inaugurated in Riyadh on April 24, 2005. More than 500 local, Arab and international companies will participate in the 5-day exhibition. The Saudi market is considered as the most important market in the Arab Gulf region in the field of information. Mohammed Al-Husseini, the Deputy Director General of Riyadh Exhibitions' Company, said the organization of this international exhibition in Riyadh provides a clear evidence for the importance of the Kingdom in the field of information technology and computer programs. He noted that companies from the US, China, Cyprus, Jordan, Hong Kong, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt and Taiwan in addition to the local companies will participate in the Exhibition. Al-Husseini pointed out that the Exhibition will provide a good opportunity for concluding commercial deals by various international, Gulf and local companies. Moreover, Al-Husseini said a number of lectures will be delivered during the days of the Exhibition on information technology.
