Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international levels. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that it is widely known that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exerts great efforts to provide best services for pilgrims to perform their Hajj rituals with ease, comfort and tranquility. Nowadays, the relevant ministries and agencies in the Kingdom are intensifying their efforts in preparation for this year's Hajj season, along with receiving pilgrims from everywhere, the paper said. These preparations always come in the implementation of the directives of the Saudi leadership to exert best efforts and provide high quality services for pilgrims, the paper added. Many hospitals and advanced medical health in Makkah and Madinah are now equipped with all potentials to provide high medical services to the pilgrims, the paper further added. For its part, Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that the Saudi government, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince accord great attention to health care services being provided to citizens and residents and harness all capabilities to enhance the quality and efficiency of these services in line with goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. In this regard, the approval of the Cabinet's decision to establish the Health Holding Company and the approval of the organization of the National Health Insurance Center represents another indication in the comprehensive scene of the integrated support that the health system in the Kingdom enjoys from the Saudi leadership, the paper said. The decision will enable the effective performance of the health system, so that the Ministry of Health is the regulator and supervisor of public and private health institutions, and it undertakes Health Clusters Providing integrated healthcare services to beneficiaries in all regions of the Kingdom, according to the modern healthcare model at its various levels, the paper added.
