The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, received a phone call from the President of Islamic Religious Community (IRC) of North Macedonia, Sheikh Shaker Fattaho, in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince for the support being provided by the Ministry through the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Iftar Program for fasting people in North Macedonia, which contributed to helping many needy families during the blessed month of Ramadan. Sheikh Shaker Fattaho commended the great efforts made by the Kingdom's government to help the people of Macedonia during the crises they went through, indicating that the Iftar program for fasting people supervised by the ministry embodies the message of brotherhood in its highest meanings. For his part, the Minister of Islamic Affairs thanked the President of IRC of the Republic of North Macedonia for his sincere feelings toward the Kingdom's leadership and the work it offers to serve the Muslims of Macedonia, citing the depth and strength of the relations between the two friendly countries and cooperation in various fields, especially in the Islamic issue. It is worth mentioning that the phone call coincided with the start of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance to distribute 450 Ramadan baskets within the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Iftar for fasting people, which was implemented in the Republic of North Macedonia yesterday, at the headquarters of the Islamic secondary school in the capital Skopje.
