The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, through the Saudi Embassy in the Republic of Vietnam, has started distributing 450 integrated Ramadan baskets, within the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's Iftar Program, implemented by the Ministry in 34 countries. Food baskets were distributed to official charitable societies at the embassy headquarters, in the presence of heads of official charitable societies and institutions. It also targets one million fasting people during the blessed month of Ramadan. The Saudi Ambassador to Vietnam Saud Al-Suwailem stressed that the program reflects the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to serve Islam and Muslims, noting the efforts made by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in implementing this program. For their part, a number of Islamic figures in Vietnam praised this generous initiative, and the continuous work that the Kingdom's leadership provides to Muslims in all countries of the world during the blessed month of Ramadan, stressing that this reflects its keenness to meet Muslims needs in this month.
