Sri Lanka's Prime Minister Mahinda Rajia Paksa received the Saudi relief delegation, led by Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Alsuwailim, the Chairman of the Saudi Red Crescent Society, in Colombo tonight. During the meeting, Dr. Alsuwailim conveyed to the Sri Lankan senior official the condolences of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, on the victims of the earthquake and tsunami that hit Sri Lanka, noting that he was assigned by the king to be acquainted with the situations of the victims of the quake and tsunami in south Asia prior to providing the appropriate assistance for them. The meeting was attended by a number of Lankan officials and Saudi ambassador to Sri Lanka Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Ali.
