The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of March 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 10.375 billion. According to a statement by the NDMC, the Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows: - The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.575 billion (Three billion and five hundred seventy-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030). - The second tranche has a size of SAR 6.8 billion (Six billion and eight hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
