The National Debt Management Center has announced that it has closed the January 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2,955 billion (two billion and nine hundred fifty-five million SAR). The Center said that the Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows: The first tranche has a size of SAR 2,075 billion (two billion and seventy-five million SAR) and a total tranche size of SAR 2,075 billion (two billion and seventy-five million SAR), matures in 2028. The second tranche has a size of SAR 880 million (eight hundred eighty million SAR), and a total tranche size of SAR 880 million (eight hundred eighty million SAR), matures in 2033.
