The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of February 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 13.178 Bn (Thirteen Billion and one hundred seventy-eight Million Saudi Riyals). In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows: - The first tranche has a size of SAR 7.528 Bn (Seven Billion and five hundred twenty-eight Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030). - The second tranche has a size of SAR 5.650 Bn (Five Billion and six hundred fifty Million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
