Closure of the October 2019 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the October 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 7.265 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into four tranches as follows:
-The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.130 billion for sukuk matures in 2025.
-The second tranche has a size of SAR 654 million for sukuk matures in 2030.
-The Third tranche has a size of SAR 362 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 9.471 billion, matures in 2034.
-The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 5.119 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 20.615 billion, matures in 2049.
