Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf condemned the deliberate terrorist attack on the Riyadh oil refinery by drones. He affirmed that this attack and the previous terrorist and subversive acts which have been repeatedly committed against vital facilities and civilian objects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the last of which was an attempt to target a refinery, in Ras Tanura and the Saudi Aramco residential quarter, do not only target the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its economic capabilities, but they target the security of the GCC states, as well as the regional and international security and stability. He stressed the stand of the GCC states with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the basis that the security of the GCC states is indivisible, and support of the necessary and deterrent measures that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes to protect its national capabilities and gains, stop such terrorist and subversive attacks, and confront all parties that carry out or support them.
