Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index Ends Trading Higher, at 8,809.34 Points

The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 121.41 points to close, at 8,809.34 points.
Total value of the trading reported was SR12 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 270 million, divided into over 430,000 deals.
While the stocks of 183 companies ended the trading higher, 15 companies' shares slumped.
Subsequently, the advancers outnumbered the decliners.
On the other hand, the spread between the advancers and decliners stocks ranged from 10.00% to 1.47%.
For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day gaining 320.69 points to close, at 25,589.83 points, with a valuation of SR32 million and an overall tally of 270,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 994 deals.
