Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues, at local, regional, and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stands firmly with fraternal countries and supports their sovereignty and security and rejects any aggression against them. The paper added the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation on the Turkish and Iranian aggression on Iraqi soil, and that the aggression is considered an unacceptable interference in the affairs of an Arab country, a flagrant violation of its lands, a threat to Arab and regional security, and a clear violation of international principles and covenants. The paper concluded that what was stated in the statement of the Foreign Ministry represents the steadfast approach since the inception of the Kingdom until this prosperous era being led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the approval made by the Cabinet to apply the Unified Saudi Occupational Classification in all government agencies will contribute to setting a unified general framework for occupational classification in the public and private sectors, unifying the structure of occupations in the statistics and classification agencies and facilitating data processing in the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The paper added that the Unified Saudi Occupational Classification is compatible with the International Classification of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
