Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional, and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia used the digital tools efficiently and effectively during this global pandemic to meet the needs of citizens. The paper added that such unprecedented progress was due to the continuous investment over the past years in the digital infrastructure and technical tools and the mechanisms of communication, work and production in the new decade of the 21st century. The paper concluded that due to such great progress in this vital sector the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was able to successfully lead the G20 virtual meetings. Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that the sacrifices being made and the continuous efforts being exerted by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to combat the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic were reflected in the quality and availability of services and comprehensive health care for all segments of society. The paper added that these successful efforts are being provided with unremitting support by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.
