Najran Health Affairs Department has intensified preventive and precautionary measures to prevent the outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). It provided visual triage stations in different food sale points and markets to ensure the safety of every one and to raise the awareness on precautionary measures of infection control. The Department has stated that under supervision of qualified health cadres the precautionary measures are provided to raise awareness of the employees of these markets and shoppers on the importance of hand washing and avoiding crowds and social gatherings. It's worth noting that the Department has provided four visual triage stations around the region to screen the visitors of Najran, and the number of beneficiaries of these stations reached 9100.
