Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that all preventive and precautionary measures that government agencies in Saudi Arabia provided and followed, especially the Ministry of Health (MOH), reflect the deep crisis awareness. The newspaper added that all awareness campaigns and precautionary measures being provided by MOH on novel coronavirus (COVID-19) reflect the keenness of the Saudi Government to protect people and to combat the outbreak of the virus. Al-Bilad newspaper said in its editorial that the Saudi Government has put the fight against corruption on its list of priorities. The newspaper added that the government has intensified efforts to combat corruption in governmental institutions and investigated with employees due to administrational and financial corruption.
