The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, inaugurated today customer service unified call center 1950, which aims to provide high quality service to beneficiaries, which is available to serve 24 hours a day. The center provides services in both Arabic and English languages through phone call, emails along with other social media platforms. The ministry announced that the unified call number from Saudi Arabia is 1950, while 920001950 from outside of Saudi Arabia. The center also receives messages on moj.gov.sa@1950 and through online chat on its website. Beneficiaries can also implement some services through Interactive Voice Response (IVR.) Unified call center 1950 uses latest programs and technologies to serve beneficiaries, and is operated by well-qualified team to serve the beneficiaries. Unified call center 1950 aims to increase beneficiaries' satisfaction with the ministry's services and reduce time taken to answer queries.
