TAIF — The Ministry of Justice has set up an e-gate on its website to expedite the process of executing court verdicts. Judges at supreme courts all over the Kingdom will use the e-gate to assign respective judges at district courts to implement a certain verdict. The ministry will also soon start assigning the job of implementing verdicts to specialized companies supervised by different judges. The ministry recently froze bank accounts and e-services for individuals and companies in different regions that failed to comply with court verdicts. These steps seek to eliminate any delay in implementation and ensure those who have decisions awarded against them are penalized properly.
