Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has allocated free number 8003404444 to serve pilgrims around the clock. This number receives communications from pilgrims inside and outside the Kingdom to answer their inquiries, complaints and observations in a developmental step through which the Ministry seeks to achieve and measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries of the services being provided by departments and sectors under its supervision. The number also contributes alongside the Ministry's site www.haj.gov.sa in solving and guiding pilgrims to regulations and measures that shall be followed.
