The Tokyo stock market opened with very slight trading Thursday. At 11 a.m. local time, the 225-issue Nikkei average fell 3.99 points to 11,123.36. The Topix index of all first section issues added 1.50 points to stand at 1,134.12. Meanwhile, the U.S. currency was quoted at 109.50-52 yen, up from 109.42-44 yen at the close of trading Wednesday. The euro was quoted at 1.2189-91 dollars, up compared with 1.2160- 62 Wednesday. The euro was also quoted at 133.25-29 yen, up from 133.06-10 yen Wednesday. --SP 2029 Local Time 1729 GMT
