Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled ''International confidence in our economy'' wrote: that the Saudi economy continues to grow steadily through a series of successes and projects that transcend local and regional levels and confidently enter the doors of the world. This confirms that this economy is on the upward path set by the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and that the series of successes of this economy are not over, and there are still pleasant surprises to achieve all aspirations desired by the State and its citizens, the paper added. Al-Youm newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Ambassador Princess Rima and the empowerment of women'' said that Princess Rima bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz has recently assumed her new post as a Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America to become the first woman to occupy this advanced position in the history of the Kingdom, noting that her arrival in Washington coincides with the completion of the draft program of the Kingdom's vision regarding the empowerment of women and making opportunities available to them to invest their energies and capabilities alongside male citizens in the service of their country.
