Tunisia Elected Non-Permanent Member of UN Security Council

Tunisia was today elected by a majority of 191 votes out of 193 as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for the term 2020-2021.
Tunisia has held a non-permanent seat on the Security Council three times in its history: 1959-1960, 1980-1981 and 2000-2001.
